Hello, I have a refugee status in US and now I’m filling I-485 form out. If I don’t have any expiration date what should I put in Section 1?
Answer:
I would recommend that you go online and print out your I-94 form and look for an expiration date on the printed form. If you are unable to find an expiration date on that form, I would suggest that you consult with an Immigration Attorney before filling out and submitting the I-495.
