Question: Can my husband get DAPA if it’s available in May? My husband and I have been legally married since Nov.2011 I have 2 children who are from another marriage and one adopted child that has his last name. My husband was arrested March 28 1998 in Southern California for transporting illegal aliens. He got 37 months and was deported Dec 24 2000. Is this a possibility?
Answer: No one can really answer your question about DAPA until May when all of the guidelines are released. However, Human Smuggling is a VERY SERIOUS crime and it could very well be a problem with DAPA. However, until the final guidelines are released in May, no one can be sure!
